31. Approval, Breach, and Remedies
Approval of this Agreement is a material condition to access the Services. Any unauthorized sharing of usernames, passwords, communications, and other data related to the Services shall be a material breach of this Agreement. In case of a material breach, VTE reserves the right to terminate the breaching subscriber's subscription without refund and pursue damages.

32. Waiver and Limitation of Liability
Subscriber agrees that access to and use of information contained in the Service is at Subscriber’s risk, and no claim shall be alleged or asserted against VTE or anyone affiliated therewith based on any allegation or contention that any of the information was deficient, misleading, or inaccurate.

33. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any failure in performance due to causes beyond either party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to labor disturbance, war, fire, accident, adverse weather, inability to secure transportation, governmental act or regulation, and other causes beyond reasonable control.
